Actor George Kennedy narrates this IdahoPTV production that follows the Lewis & Clark Expedition's route from St. Louis, Missouri, to Oregon's coast. The special looks at the changes 200 years have brought and visits some places on the route that are barely altered. The video also examines the effects of the trek on the Native Americans -- their place in history and in today's world. As a bonus, this DVD also features video segments from the journals of Lewis & Clark. The thirty-five video segments -- each a minute in length -- move the Expedition through the Dakotas, through Montana and Idaho, to the Pacific Ocean, and back to St. Louis in September 1806.
